GSA Extends Polaris Small Business GWAC Proposal Deadline

GSA has extended the proposal deadline for the Polaris Small Business GWAC by three weeks, following an amendment that clarifies how offerors should self-score emerging-technology project experience.
The extension gives small businesses additional time to assemble verification documentation for claimed points — historically the area where Polaris submissions are most often downgraded on evaluation.
